🔄 Return Policy (7 Days)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date.
Your item is eligible for return if:
- It is in its original packaging
- It is unused (seals unbroken, if applicable)
- It arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
Your item is NOT eligible for return if:
- The 7-day window has passed
- The product has already been used
- The damage was caused by the customer's mishandling
- It falls under hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., products applied directly to lips/skin) — for health and safety reasons
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return request is approved, we will begin processing your refund
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days
- Refund method:
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- If you paid online → Refund will be issued to your original payment method
📦 Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color (not due to defect), exchanges are also available within the same 7-day window.

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your request and provide pickup/return instructions
- Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check
- Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed
